Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original SETTE velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
